The hotel offers spacious and comfortable rooms, luxurious and spotlessly clean, perfect for lounging around in the sun, although they have an old charm to give a heritage experience. The service is very friendly and customer-focused, with extremely courteous and quick assistance available. The location, in Ooty under SeleQtions, is a gem to be discovered, offering a perfect retreat from city life despite being a bit commercial. The facilities overall provide all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.
The hotel's location is charming and conveniently accessible, with friendly staff. However, cleanliness in the rooms and property maintenance need improvement.
Despite some room issues, my stay at Taj Savoy was a delightful experience overall. The warm and welcoming service exceeded my expectations, and the beautiful location in the Nilgiris provided a serene atmosphere. However, the dining options were a bit below par compared to other Taj hotels, slightly impacting the overall experience.
The hotel is in a fantastic location in the heart of Ooty, making it perfect to visit any place in the area. The rooms are simply furnished and comfortable, with their own fireplace, but could have been better maintained, especially the floors. The service is exceptional with humble and attentive staff, making check-in and other services smooth. The dining experience is below average with limited options, and the facilities are average overall.
